IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ THIS INFORMATION SO YOU KNOW OF ANY REQUIREMENTS OR EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY AFFECT THE TREATMENT / RESULTS.

• To secure your booking a £50 (per area) deposit is required. If you need to move or cancel your appointment please give as much notice as possible. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or no show you will lose the deposit and it is non transferable.

​

• Not suitable for under 18's, pregnant / breastfeeding, active acne treatments, undergoing cancer treatment, certain skin sensitivities and conditions. Please feel free to get in contact to discuss further. 

 

• Retouches are carried out 6 weeks after the initial treatment and will need to be taken no more than 3 months after your initial appointment.

• Prior to your treatment think about the look that you wish to achieve. I will give you my professional advice on colour and shape.​​

• Avoid drinking caffeine on the day of your treatment and also no Ibuprofen, aspirin (unless medically prescribed) or alcohol can be consumed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment as these can thin your blood which can affect healing and can cause swelling.

​

• Avoid sun beds or self tanning your face 1 week prior to your treatment so i can assess your natural skin tone.

​

• No resurfacing facials, Microdermabrasion or Chemical peels at least 4 weeks prior.

​

• If you have Botox, Fillers or other injectables you must avoid 4 weeks prior and post your PMU treatment. I recommend you have this treatment first and then any injectable anti-ageing treatments after.​

​

• If you are having a brow treatment and you regularly have your brows waxed, this can be done 1 week prior to having your treatment. I will tidy them up on the day by tweezing.

​

• If you are having a Brow or Lip treatment, i recommend using a gentle exfoliator 1 week before to remove any dry skin. Then keep the areas well moisturised.​

​

• If you are having a Brow or Eyeliner treatment, please no tinting or lash lifting for 2 weeks prior to your treatment. If you use growth serums stop using them immediately. 

​

• If you are having a Lip treatment, and you have suffered from cold sores at any time past or present, you MUST buy some Aciclovir tablets which can be purchased online from www.doctorfox.co.uk. These need to be taken 4-7 days before your treatment and 4-7 days afterwards.

• If you are having an Eyeliner treatment, please ensure all false lashes have been removed prior to having your treatment. False lashes can not be put back on until two weeks after your retouch appointment. Contact lenses will also need to be removed for the treatment.

​

• Please ensure you leave plenty of time to get to your appointment. Unfortunately, due to the precision and high standard of work involved, i do require the full time slot for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, i may need to reschedule your treatment.
